Buying over the net allows 24 hour-a-day secure, online ordering. Most orders will be processed the following business day except over the weekend and holidays. If your order contains a backordered item it will sometimes be held until all items are in stock depending on how much the overall shipping price will be affected by breaking the order into multiple shipments. You can check your order status online by going to our order status page.
Your credit card is handled with complete security and is charged only after all the parts in your order are verified as available for shipping or for just the portions that we ship out. For quick delivery of your parts, it's important that you give us correct contact information when ordering just in case we need to contact you about your order.
The order can be prepaid online using Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express cards. Debit Charge cards are also accepted when they are used like a credit card.
Call us with all of your part numbers and we will give you a total with shipping and a quotation number. You then can send us a certified check or money order. If you have ordered with us before you may be approved for C.O.D. at our discretion and on ground order only.
Be sure to note any changes that have been made to your vehicle that may affect the parts you have ordered. (Example: Dana 44 with Disk Brakes in a 1967 Bronco.)
Orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service or FedEx ground at our discretion unless otherwise noted. Whenever possible, parts are packaged together to save on shipping and handling charges.
Federal Express Overnight, 2 Day and 3day air are available by request at additional cost, when desired please call your order in so we can make sure your items are in stock.
Only FPO, APO orders will be shipped via U.S. Mail. Any other non-continental US orders will be shipped UPS.
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will ship next day or 2 day service.
Any products with a "TS" in the weight column, must be shipped via semi-truck parts are too large to ship UPS. It is best to have a commercial address to receive that can write a check for the shipping charges (freight collect.) They also require crate charges, see below. Call for shipping quote. The receiving party is responsible for inspecting any truck shipped items before signing for them. Walk-in customers are welcome, however we are a shipping warehouse and our inventory is constantly changing. We ask that you place your order ahead of time to verify the availability of your parts prior to picking your order up.
Prices included within this web site and in the printed catalog are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to not accept responsibility for any typographical errors, price or otherwise. If you find a typo or an error please let us know right away.
Should anything happen to parts in shipping, please notify us immediately. We will need some information off the box, so be sure to have it handy. Please keep the box and all of its packing materials until the shipping company has completed their investigation. The shipping company will notify us. If it appears that it was broken before shipping please contact us.

All sales are considered final with the exception of warranty claims and orders shipped in error.
No returns on electrical items.
No returns accepted after 90 days, unless for warranty consideration
All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee according to the following schedule: Within 30 days-10% fee; within 60 days-20% fee; within 90 days-30% fee.
All returned parts must be in new sale condition as determined by our returns department.
Parts with which installation has been completed or attempted are not eligible for return (see above)
Any part that has been disassembles, drilled, welded, cut, painted or modified in any way is not eligible for return. Incomplete kits are not eligible for return.
All items submitted for return must be in original box or carton.
Any installation, disassembly or modification by a 3rd party on behalf of customer does not constitute an exception to our policy. The purchaser retains full responsibility for the condition for the part.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). Please call 248-437-5060 to obtain a RMA number. All RMA numbers will be valid for a period of 15 days, within which we must receive your return. RMA numbers will not be extended of re-issued. Please write your RMA number clearly of the outside of the returned package.
All returns must be shipped to us pre-paid and insured. Any return shipped to us COD or freight collect will not be accepted.
Customer assumes all shipping charges on returned items. However, on warranty or defective items, we will ship it back to the original shipping address at no additional expense to you (this does not apply to axle shaft warranties).
Any submitted return requires all original equipment, components, documentation, manuals, cables, packaging etc... to be included with your item in order for us to process your RMA. Missing items will be subject to additional charges applied to the amount of your refund/credit.
All backordered parts will be held until the part is available. We do not cancel backorders.
Warranties cover parts only. Labor is not covered under any of the warranties. Some manufacturers warranties may exceed those listed below, please call for specific information. Any parts sent for warranty are subject to inspection by Jeff's Bronco Graveyard staff and it is our choice whether to honor these warranties on a case-by-case basis.

All Truck Shipments arrive to you Freight Collect, requiring a check be written for the shipping charges upon arrival. Residential deliveries subject to an additional $40 charge.
All Truck deliveries must have someone present to accept delivery.
All truck deliveries must be inspected for damage, any damages must be noted on Bill of lading at time of delivery.
Here are a few examples of products with core charges. All core charges can be redeemed when a usable (our discretion) core and a copy of the original invoice is returned within 90 days. Most core items have an accompanying core item that can be purchased with the part in the online catalog.
If you select during the order process or at other times when you submit personally identifiable information, the information you provide may be used by Bronco Graveyard to create and deliver to you our newsletters, surveys or other communications containing product information. If you prefer not to receive such Communications, please do not select the ‘Please inform me option’. If you do select this option and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications, please use the features made available to you.
If you have requested a Bronco Graveyard brochure, all information is kept completely confidential and is not shared with any third parties. We may, on occasion, send you an updated catalog or brochure. If you do not wish to receive any mail from Bronco Graveyard, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name and mailing address and email address. You will be removed from any future mailings.
If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, e.g., by registering at the Site, emailing our Customer Service department or placing an order, we may provide you with service related announcements concerning the Site or contact you regarding your customer service requests or your order. For example, all registered users will receive an email to confirm their order. These types of communications are necessary to serve you, respond to your concerns and to provide the high level of customer service that Bronco Graveyard offers its customers.
