We ask for your patience as we go through the emails and phone calls in the order that they come in. If you do have a question or issue with your order we ask that you email us. We answer emails from 8 am Eastern to 5 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday. We do have our phone lines open from 12 pm to 5 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday for questions about your orders and we will answer the phones as the calls come in. If you get a busy signal when calling it is because all the phone lines are busy, keep trying or send your question by email.
