bought this truck back in 1999 has been setting in the back yard 13 years now its time to give it a lot of attention

All stock for now sitting on 31x10.50/15's. I'm going to be doing a solid axle swap going to go with a 6 or 8 inch suspension lift and I'm unsure of wheel and tire size.
