My 1995 Eddie Bauer Bronco with a 5.8L 351 has a K&N filter, ranch hand grill guard with two 8" 130 watt pro comp lights, and Flowmaster exhaust.  I also have a Rockford 250 watt amp and two P.P.I. 12" subs.  It has 130,000 miles on it and still runs good, and I've only gotten stuck once.  Thats pretty good for only having 31x10.50 Michelin XCX/ATP's!!
