    I'm about to paint my 77. Do you like your black hardtop? Is it semi-gloss? Does it make the interior much hotter?

    It's semi-gloss on the sides and back. bedlinered on the top. I only put it on in the fall and winter(live in IL). I like it better than white. It's easy to touchup trail scars.
