This "Bronc" I've owned since 1990. Saw it arrive at San Diego dealer, and took it home! It has never let me down (completely) towing or on a trail.
I had a 4" Rancho Lift installed, and 33x12.50x15 AT's which give it a nice proportional stance. Adjusted the pinion angle to match the lift, and installed Bilstein Shocks (Quads on Frnt)
Recently blasted and powder-coated the Tire Carrier, reassembled with SS hardware, and 5/8" removeable pins at the hinges to make it easily removable. This was well worth the effort! Now I can carry extra long loads with gate down.
Comments: i have the same year as you just looking for any advice to help mine look better inside and out maybe some tips on keeping it within the emissions standards
