This half cab was originally purchased in the fall of 1966 from Saunders Ford in Colleen Virginia by Central Virginia Electric Cooperative who I have worked for for 17 years. It remained in service until 1986. The second owner serviced it and parked it in a barn until I bought it on 3/21/2011. I have replaced all of the door posts and both front floor pans. I also replaced the rockers which were rust free but too caved in to repair. the rest of the body was solid although dented. When I had the engine re-built I found a Ford rebuilt 1968 200 and have yet to learn the story behind the replacement. I plan to restore it back to original working condition.
