In January 2005 I bought this 1978 F-150, for $400. It was all stock, and in need of a lot of TLC. After about $1000 at Bronco graveyard, and parting out my other truck, I am vary happy with this truck.
It has a 351M, 750 Holley, Headers, Granney gear 4 speed, 4:56 gears, and 16/38.5-15 Super Swampers. I am planning to swap the 351M for a 460 and a C-6 tranny, next summer.
