Online Catalog Notes.

Buying over the net allows 24 hour-a-day secure, online ordering. Most orders will be processed the following business day except over the weekend and holidays. If your order contains a backordered item it will sometimes be held until all items are in stock depending on how much the overall shipping price will be affected by breaking the order into multiple shipments. You can check your order status online by going to our order status page.

Your credit card is handled with complete security and is charged only after all the parts in your order are verified as available for shipping or for just the portions that we ship out. For quick delivery of your parts, it's important that you give us correct contact information when ordering just in case we need to contact you about your order.

How Can I Order My Parts?

The order can be prepaid online using Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express cards. Debit Charge cards are also accepted when they are used like a credit card.

Call us with all of your part numbers and we will give you a total with shipping and a quotation number. You then can send us a certified check or money order. If you have ordered with us before you may be approved for C.O.D. at our discretion and on ground order only.

Be sure to note any changes that have been made to your vehicle that may affect the parts you have ordered. (Example: Dana 44 with Disk Brakes in a 1967 Bronco.)

How Will My Parts Be Shipped?

Orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service or FedEx ground at our discretion unless otherwise noted. Whenever possible, parts are packaged together to save on shipping and handling charges.

Federal Express Overnight, 2 Day and 3day air are available by request at additional cost, when desired please call your order in so we can make sure your items are in stock.

Only FPO, APO orders will be shipped via U.S. Mail. Any other non-continental US orders will be shipped UPS.

Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will ship next day or 2 day service.

Any products with a "TS" in the weight column, must be shipped via semi-truck parts are too large to ship UPS. It is best to have a commercial address to receive that can write a check for the shipping charges (freight collect.) They also require crate charges, see below. Call for shipping quote. The receiving party is responsible for inspecting any truck shipped items before signing for them.

Prices included within this web site and in the printed catalog are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to not accept responsibility for any typographical errors, price or otherwise. If you find a typo or an error please let us know right away.

I got my parts today, and one of them is broken.

Should anything happen to parts in shipping, please notify us immediately. We will need some information off the box, so be sure to have it handy. Please keep the box and all of its packing materials until the shipping company has completed their investigation. The shipping company will notify us. If it appears that it was broken before shipping please contact us.

Returns & RMA's.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by contacting us within our Return or Warranty policy period. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which we must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. All returned items must be sent to our physical address:

Warranty replacements require all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, packaging to be returned with your item in order for us to process your RMA. Missing items will incur further charges or less of a refund. In most cases, items sent in for RMA repair will be replaced with another full item set with accessories. Please return all accessories.

All returns for refund must be returned in resalable like-new condition, we will not accept items that have been installed or modified in any way. There is a restocking fee of 10% on all returns for refund, unless waived by our Customer Support Agent. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are not manufacturers. We are willing to replace a defective item. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we will charge a 10% restocking fee. Why? Claiming "defective" is the easy way out of a restocking fee just because you don't want the item. If it's defective we will replace it (rma type repair).

We do not pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise. We are not responsible for factory defects because we are not a product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store). Thus we will split the shipping costs with the customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to us and we will consequently repair or replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address specified in your account.

The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to us. Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, we will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.

On all items within thirty days of the invoice, we will refund on the item being returned and charge for a new item being sent out and credit back when we receive the RMA item. We do not send out two products for the price of one.

If an RMA item is found to be on backorder and we cannot obtain the item, you will be notified and the backordered item will be refunded as a worst case situation. We try to contact every customer in this case and make sure they are happy with another replacement item or refund amount.

Warranty on Parts.

Warranties cover parts only. Labor is not covered under any of the warranties. Some manufacturers warranties may exceed those listed below, please call for specific information. Any parts sent for warranty are subject to inspection by Jeff's Bronco Graveyard staff and it is our choice whether to honor these warranties on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Shipping Charges.

1. Seats add $5.00 per Seat.

2. Glass add $5.00 per Piece.

3. Insurance add $0.35 per every $100.

4. Some shipping charges may occur on any item due to additional handling.

Other Products May Require Charges.

All Truck Shipments arrive to you Freight Collect, requiring a check be written for the shipping charges upon arrival. Residential deliveries subject to an additional $40 charge.

 Here are a few examples of products with core charges. All core charges can be redeemed when a usable (our discretion) core and a copy of the original invoice is returned within 90 days. Most core items have an accompanying core item that can be purchased with the part in the online catalog.
