a newpaint job (black) and a list of new parts: radiator, condensor, ac compressor, evaporator, acumulator,alternator,power steering pump,heater core,water pump, fan clutch, celectric cooling fan,

the motor has the factory redesigned heads, and the modification to the cam plate.(the low oil pressure culprit)
The tranny has all the TSB modifications, as well as a shift kit to improve shift points and stiffen the feel of shifts.
