well if you have fuel to the carb and the motor is actually turning over when your pushing it then its prob not getting spark. with the key in the run position you will have 12 volts at the ignition coil on the small wires. if you do then check coil wire, cap, rotor,plug wires etc. if you dont then check that ignition switch or replace it. not the tumbler where the key goes but the switch that it actuates. if it has an alarm then that could do it too. good luck
