True square ports and die formed concentric parts. Thick 1/2" Head flanges, precision ground to eliminate leaks. 1 1/2" tubes are bent from 14 gauge steel. The collector has a 3/8" fully welded flange to avoid leaks. Each header is run through Hydro-Static leak testing.
